We are deeply committed to environmental protection. We use advanced control systems, such as the afterburner, to drastically reduce emissions of fumes, vapors, and dust, ensuring full compliance with European regulations. Our sustainable approach is reflected in the choice of eco-friendly production processes, resource optimization, and waste reduction, contributing to the preservation of the environment for future generations.

laboratory
and testing

Thanks to a highly specialized in-house laboratory, we carry out rigorous tests – from the non-stick milk test to the egg non-stick test, from deep drawing tests to the BSI abrasion and cross-cut test – to constantly monitor the paint thickness and the roughness of the coated surfaces.

Non-stick Test

Non-stick Milk Test
This test is used to assess the non-stick effectiveness of the coating under real conditions. Milk is poured onto a preheated surface (150–170 °C) and left to evaporate until carbonization. The analysis is based on how easily the residues detach without using abrasive tools. Excellent performance indicates a highly non-stick and easy-to-clean surface.
EGG Non-stick Test
This test simulates cooking an egg on a coated surface without adding fats. The effectiveness of the coating is measured by observing how easily the cooked egg detaches from the surface. It is one of the most commonly used tests to evaluate the quality of non-stick coatings intended for food use.

Deep Drawing /
BSI Abrasion Test

Deep Drawing Test
This test replicates the mechanical deformations typical of deep drawing processes. The coating’s adhesion is evaluated on a sample formed into a cup using a mold. The absence of cracks, delamination, or loss of adhesion indicates excellent resistance to bending and good coating elasticity.
BSI Abrasion Test
Based on international standards (e.g. BS EN 12274-7), this test measures abrasion resistance through intensive cycles where the surface undergoes repeated rubbing with abrasive agents. The result provides precise indications of the coating’s durability and its ability to withstand wear from prolonged contact.

Cross-cut /
Salt Spray Test

Paint Thickness & Rugosity

Paint Thickness and Surface Roughness
The thickness of the applied coating is checked using magnetic or eddy current instruments. A uniform coating ensures consistent mechanical performance, refined aesthetics, and durability.
Roughness is analyzed using precision profilometers, ensuring surfaces that meet the technical and visual requirements of the cookware, bakeware, and industrial sectors.

We produce a wide range of products, from discs and sheets to octagons, all strictly coated in PTFE to ensure non-stick surfaces that are safe for food contact.
